Terms of Service & Privacy Policy, hytch by MobileFlow Inc.

MOBILEFLOW INC. TERMS OF USE

Effective Date: October 21, 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) are entered into by and between MobileFlow Inc. (“MobileFlow” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the owner and operator of the Hytch software, website(s), and technology platform (collectively, the “Hytch Platform”), and you (“User” or “you”). By accessing or using the Hytch Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use or access the Hytch Platform.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: THESE TERMS CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE AGREEING.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

1.1 Purpose of the Platform

The Hytch Platform is a map-native group messaging and coordination platform designed to help small groups plan, decide, move, meet, and remember real-world activities together. Core features may include group threads, plan pins, polls, place-based coordination, transportation coordination, time-boxed location-sharing pulses, story or recap features, and other tools that help users coordinate real life in a shared context. At launch, Hytch message content is not end-to-end encrypted. Messages may be limited to a selected group or thread, but group-scoped visibility does not mean that message content is technically inaccessible to MobileFlow or the service providers that operate the Platform. The Hytch Platform is not a feed-first social network, not a ride-hailing or dispatch service, and not a platform for continuous ambient tracking.

The Hytch Platform may help users coordinate transportation, track shared trips, log movement, participate in SafeRide or other mobility-related flows, and potentially earn rewards, credits, perks, or other incentives for eligible real-world activity. Eligible activity may include commuting, shared travel, walking, running, event participation, check-ins, sponsor-funded outcomes, or other coordination and movement activity supported by the applicable feature. Because the Hytch Platform verifies certain activity, some features may require the collection and processing of precise location, mobility, motion, Bluetooth, device, Apple Health, or similar permissioned signals from your device. If you do not grant the necessary permissions or if you disable relevant services, the Platform may be unable to log activity, verify participation, prevent fraud, or determine eligibility for rewards or incentives.

1.2 Binding Agreement

By creating an account, clicking “Accept,” or otherwise indicating your agreement to these Terms, you enter into a binding legal agreement with MobileFlow, Inc. If you do not agree, you must not use the Hytch Platform.

1.3 Defined Terms

For purposes of these Terms and, where applicable, the Privacy Policy, the following capitalized terms have the meanings set forth below:

“Action Verification” means any feature, workflow, or system logic used by MobileFlow to determine whether a claimed or expected real-world action or condition appears to have occurred, including but not limited to arrival, dwell, meetup participation, group presence, event attendance, SafeRide completion, or similar outcome-based actions.
“Aggregated Reporting” means reporting, analytics, dashboards, summaries, or metrics that are combined across multiple users, groups, actions, places, or time periods and are designed not to reveal an individual user’s private message content or raw personal movement history.
“AI-Assisted Feature” means any feature that uses automated models, machine learning, retrieval systems, ranking systems, or large language models to summarize, suggest, organize, classify, or generate outputs based on user-selected or feature-relevant context within the Hytch Platform.
“Buddy Group” means a trusted sharing context, subgroup, or audience layer within the Hytch Platform through which a user may share content, stories, plans, memories, or related activity with a narrower set of recipients than a broader public or platform-wide audience.
“Campaign” means a sponsor-funded, operator-funded, peer-funded, or MobileFlow-funded program with defined rules, eligibility criteria, reward limits, outcome criteria, time windows, or geographic parameters.

2. Ownership

2.1 MobileFlow IP

All software, technology, content, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to the Hytch Platform (collectively, “Hytch IP”) are the sole property of MobileFlow, Inc. Unless specifically granted, no license or ownership rights to Hytch IP are transferred to you by these Terms.

2.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, MobileFlow grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Hytch Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. The Hytch Platform

3.1 Platform Services

Messaging is the primary surface of the Hytch Platform. Features related to verification, rewards, sponsor-funded incentives, or analytics are secondary or optional layers that may be enabled only in certain programs, markets, cities, groups, or use cases. MobileFlow may add, remove, or modify such optional layers at any time.

The Hytch Platform may allow users to create or join groups, send messages, pin plans, run polls, create place-based threads, post memories or recaps, and share time-boxed location signals with selected recipients. These features are intended to facilitate voluntary coordination among users. MobileFlow does not guarantee that any particular message, plan, meetup, or group action will occur, be completed, or be safe.

The Hytch Platform provides coordination tools and rules-based systems that may help track eligible transportation, movement, participation, and verification activity and offer potential rewards for qualifying users. Hytch itself does not provide any physical transportation services.

3.2 Facilitation Only

Hytch is not a transportation carrier and does not manage or oversee the safety or legality of rides. Any ride-sharing arrangement is made exclusively between the participating Users.

3.3 No Guarantee of Rewards

Rewards, if offered, depend on factors such as sponsor availability, ride verification, and other criteria established by MobileFlow. We do not guarantee any specific reward amount or earning.

3.4 Subscription Services and Payments

Subscription tiers, digital credits, paid chat features, premium features, organizational licenses, or other paid offerings may be purchased through the payment methods made available for the applicable feature, market, platform, and device. Digital goods or subscriptions purchased in the iOS app may be processed through Apple in-app purchase where required by Apple rules. Other payment methods, including card payments, may be offered only where enabled, legally permitted, and allowed by applicable platform rules. Users who opt into a paid subscription or paid feature agree to abide by all applicable usage terms, and acknowledge that subscription fees and digital purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. MobileFlow reserves the right to adjust pricing or feature availability at its sole discretion with advance notice where required.

3.5 Location Tracking, Device Permissions, and Trip Verification

Location & Mobility Data. To provide trip logging, ride verification, fraud prevention, geofenced offers, and reward eligibility determinations, the Hytch Platform may collect and process data from your device that may include precise geolocation, trip routes, timestamps, distance traveled, and motion-related device signals.
Background Collection (If Enabled). Depending on your device settings and permissions, the Hytch Platform may collect location data while the app is open and, if you grant “Always” or similar permissions, while the app is running in the background for the limited purpose of detecting, logging, and verifying trips and preventing fraud. The Hytch Platform does not collect background location unless your device operating system permits it and you have granted the applicable permission.
No Guarantee of Verification. Trip detection and verification are probabilistic and may be affected by GPS drift, sensor limitations, device settings, battery optimization, network connectivity, or attempts to spoof location. MobileFlow does not guarantee that any trip will be accurately recorded, verified, or deemed eligible for rewards.
You Control Permissions. You may change location permissions at any time through your device settings. Disabling or limiting location access may reduce functionality, prevent ride verification, and/or make you ineligible for certain rewards.
Additional Device Permissions. Certain features may request permission to use camera, photos, microphone, speech recognition, contacts, Bluetooth, push notifications, Face ID, Apple Health, or similar device capabilities. These permissions support features such as QR scanning, media sharing, voice messages, voice transcription, selected-contact invites or discovery, nearby shared-ride verification, notifications, secure account access, and step or distance summaries. You can manage these permissions through your device settings, but disabling them may limit related features.
Health and Activity Data. If you grant Apple Health or similar activity permissions, Hytch may read step count, walking or running distance, active energy, floors climbed, workout or trip summaries, and related timestamps or device identifiers, and may write supported walking or running trip activity back to Apple Health where you choose to enable that functionality. This information is used to provide movement summaries, walking or running trip features, eligible reward verification, and related app functionality.
No Emergency Services; Not a Safety Device. The Hytch Platform is not an emergency service and is not designed to detect accidents, impairment, or unsafe driving in real time. Do not rely on the Platform for safety-critical decisions. Features labeled SOS or similar send an alert, and if you choose, your live location, only to the recipients or group you select within the Hytch Platform. They do not contact 911 or any other emergency service, and their delivery depends on device connectivity, permissions, and recipient availability. Always contact emergency services directly in an emergency.

Location sharing within the Hytch Platform is optional and user-controlled. Where live or recent location-sharing features are available, such features are intended to operate on a time-boxed, revocable, and group-scoped basis. Unless a feature expressly says otherwise, location visibility is limited to the relevant group, thread, or context selected by the user and is not intended to be public by default.

The Hytch Platform is not designed to provide passive, always-on social surveillance. Any location access, verification flow, or location pulse is intended to support a specific user action or program purpose, such as coordination, arrival confirmation, dwell verification, SafeRide verification, fraud prevention, or sponsor-funded eligibility checks. Users should not assume that other users can see their location at all times.

Where supported, time-boxed location-sharing windows expire automatically after the selected duration or when the relevant coordination context ends. Users may also revoke or disable location permissions through device or in-app settings, subject to the understanding that doing so may reduce functionality or make certain features unavailable.

3.5A Personalized Suggestions

Hytch may personalize the travel suggestions it shows you based on your previous choices in the app, including the travel modes you tend to select and when you tend to select them. Personalization is enabled by default and can be disabled at any time in the app's privacy settings. Disabling it does not restrict your access to any other part of the service.

3.6 Verification

Some Hytch features may allow users, groups, sponsors, venues, or operators to enable optional verification flows intended to confirm whether a user or group completed a real-world action, such as arriving at a place, remaining for a qualifying dwell period, completing a SafeRide flow, participating in an event, or satisfying other eligibility rules. Verification is optional unless expressly required for a feature the user chooses to use.

Verification exists to support coordination trust, sponsor accountability, fraud prevention, safety-oriented program design, and eligibility determinations. Verification is not intended to create public visibility into a user’s private movement patterns or to support unrestricted monitoring of a user’s whereabouts.

Verification results are based on signals such as device location, timestamps, motion-related signals, proximity logic, check-ins, user actions, and anti-fraud heuristics. These systems are probabilistic and may be affected by device settings, battery conditions, operating system limitations, GPS error, connectivity, venue density, spoofing attempts, or other factors. MobileFlow does not guarantee that any action will be accurately verified.

3.7 Sponsor and Operator Limits

In some cases, businesses, brands, venues, nonprofits, agencies, schools, employers, municipalities, or other partners (“Program Sponsors”) may fund incentives, perks, campaigns, or outcome-based programs on the Hytch Platform. Such programs may be tied to specific times, places, contexts, groups, or verified outcomes.

Program Sponsors do not purchase ownership of users, user relationships, or user identity. Except as expressly disclosed for a specific feature or program, Program Sponsors receive only aggregated, de-identified, privacy-filtered, or program-level reporting regarding participation, verification outcomes, eligibility, performance, or campaign effectiveness. Program Sponsors are not entitled to unrestricted access to personal message content, raw movement traces, or continuous location visibility.

Sponsor-funded programs, carrots, perks, incentives, SafeRide programs, verification flows, and reporting features may vary by group, market, jurisdiction, sponsor participation, or rollout stage. MobileFlow makes no guarantee that any such feature will be available to any particular user at any particular time.

4. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to change or update this Agreement at any time. Any material modifications will be posted on our website or otherwise communicated to you. By continuing to use the Hytch Platform after such notification, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.

5. Eligibility

5.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Hytch Platform. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

5.2 Driver Requirements

If you identify as a Driver, you represent and warrant that you have a valid driver’s license and meet all legal requirements to operate a motor vehicle in your jurisdiction.

5.3 Account Suspension

MobileFlow may suspend or terminate your Hytch account at any time if it suspects or determines you have violated these Terms, any applicable law, or if your actions jeopardize other Users or the Platform.

6. Inactive Accounts and Disputes

6.1 Inactive Accounts

If your account remains inactive for a designated period (e.g., 60 days), MobileFlow may terminate the account and any unclaimed rewards may be forfeited, subject to applicable law.

6.2 Dispute Resolution Between Users

MobileFlow does not mediate or resolve disputes involving reimbursements, cost sharing, or voluntary payments between Users. You must resolve such issues independently.

7. Communications and Notifications

Users may create, send, upload, post, store, or share content through the Hytch Platform, including messages, images, videos, links, plan details, place references, comments, recaps, and other communications (“User Communications”). Users are solely responsible for their User Communications and for the consequences of sharing them.

MobileFlow may provide group-scoped messaging environments, but message content is not end-to-end encrypted at launch. MobileFlow and authorized service providers may technically access, process, preserve, or disclose User Communications and related metadata as reasonably necessary to deliver and synchronize messages; provide user-requested search, export, support, or AI-assisted features; respond to reports and moderate abuse; investigate security incidents or fraud; enforce these Terms; comply with law; protect users or the Platform; and maintain service integrity. We do not guarantee that any communication environment is risk-free, abuse-free, or error-free. Where disappearing-message, view-once, or similar features are available, they are product features and not a security guarantee. Recipients may capture or retain content before it disappears, and you remain responsible for the content you send.

MobileFlow does not undertake to read every message. We limit human access to message content to authorized personnel with a legitimate business, safety, support, security, or legal need. Users should not send information they would not want MobileFlow, an authorized service provider, or a lawful recipient of process to be able to access while this non-end-to-end-encrypted service is in operation.

By creating an account, you agree to receive communications from MobileFlow, such as email, push notifications, or phone calls. Text messages are separate. We text you a sign-in code only after you enter your own mobile number and tap Send code, as described in Hytch account texts below. We text you the App Store link only after you enter your own mobile number on hytch.org and tap Send, as described in Hytch app link texts below. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. You may opt out of promotional email, but some operational email may be required for Platform use. Depending on your device and notification settings, a message preview may appear on a lock screen or pass through a mobile push-notification provider. You are responsible for selecting notification settings appropriate for your circumstances.

SMS Terms

Hytch account texts

When you enter your mobile number in the Hytch app or the Tally app and tap Send code, MobileFlow texts you a one-time sign-in code. We send these texts only when you ask for a code. Message frequency: about one text per sign-in request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help, or email support@mobileflow.ai. If you opt out, you can still sign in another way where one is offered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The words on that screen are published at hytch.org/sms-consent. No box is pre-checked. Tapping Send code is how you agree to that one text. Consent is not a condition of anything other than receiving the code.

Hytch group texts

Hytch group texts is a text messaging program run by MobileFlow Inc. It lets you take part in a Hytch group by SMS. It is a separate program from Hytch account texts.

How you join: a Hytch user invites you by sending a text from their own phone. That invite gives you a join code and a Hytch number. You join only by texting JOIN and your code to the Hytch number in that invite. The code works only from the phone number the Hytch user invited. For this group-text program, Hytch does not text you before you text JOIN. Hytch replies to your JOIN once, asking you to confirm, and you join only when you reply Y (or YES) within a day. The same steps are shown with screens from the app at how text members join a Hytch group.

What you get: after you text JOIN and your code and confirm with Y, Hytch sends you one confirmation text. After that, you receive that group's messages by SMS from that number, and your replies go to the group.

Message frequency varies with group activity. Msg & data rates may apply. Text STOP to that number to opt out at any time. Text HELP for help, or email support@mobileflow.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Hytch app link texts

When you enter your mobile number in the "Or text me the link" field on hytch.org and tap Send, MobileFlow texts that number one message with the link to download the Hytch app from the App Store. We send it only when you ask for it, and only to US mobile numbers. Message frequency: one text per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help, or email support@mobileflow.ai. Asking for the link does not sign you up for any other texts, and we do not send marketing or promotional texts. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The words next to the field read: "By tapping Send, you agree to receive one text from Hytch (MobileFlow Inc.) with the App Store link at this US mobile number. No marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out." They link to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. No box is pre-checked. Tapping Send is how you agree to that one text. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

The text reads: Hytch: Here is the App Store link you asked for: https://www.hytch.org/app Reply STOP to opt out.

8. Privacy Policy

MobileFlow’s collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy below, which is incorporated by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

9. Promotions and Referral Programs

Through the Hytch Platform, MobileFlow may offer promotions, discounts, or referral programs at its sole discretion. Such programs may have additional terms, which will be clearly stated. MobileFlow reserves the right to modify or terminate these programs at any time.

Referral programs may apply to subscription purchases. If you provide a referral code, you may earn rewards tied to your referees’ ongoing subscription status. MobileFlow may revoke referral benefits at any time due to abuse, fraud, or changes in program structure.

10. Restricted Activities

You agree not to:

Impersonate any individual or entity.
Stalk, harass, threaten, or otherwise harm others.
Violate any local, state, federal, or international law.
Post false, misleading, defamatory, or obscene content.
Attempt to artificially claim rides or manipulate the Platform’s reward system.
Interfere with or disrupt the Hytch Platform’s servers, networks, or security.
Use the Platform for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.
use the Hytch Platform to stalk, monitor, intimidate, dox, threaten, coerce, or track another person without their knowledge and authorization;
pressure, deceive, or manipulate another user into sharing live location, joining a group, confirming arrival, enabling verification, or participating in any sponsor-funded program;
create or use groups, place threads, stories, recaps, or plan objects for harassment, impersonation, non-consensual surveillance, or targeted abuse;
scrape, export, infer, reconstruct, or attempt to derive another user’s movement history, home location, routine, or private associations from the Hytch Platform;

Use referral codes to artificially inflate rewards or manipulate the system through fake or circular subscriptions.
Use any technique to falsify, obscure, or spoof location or motion data (including GPS spoofing, emulator manipulation, or sensor spoofing) to trigger rewards or misrepresent travel activity.
Interfere with, disable, or circumvent device permission prompts or operating-system controls intended to inform you of location access.
Attempt to access, infer, or track another user’s precise location except as explicitly enabled by an in-app feature you are authorized to use.

11. Assumption of Risk

The Hytch Platform may help users coordinate plans, meetups, arrivals, and shared activities, but MobileFlow does not organize, supervise, dispatch, direct, or guarantee such interactions. Any in-person meeting, ride, outing, visit, or group activity arranged through the Platform is undertaken voluntarily and at the sole risk of the participating users.

Unless expressly stated for a specific program, MobileFlow does not conduct criminal background checks, identity vetting, sobriety testing, venue screening, or safety certification of users, groups, drivers, riders, hosts, venues, or sponsors, and disclaims any duty to do so.

Carpooling involves inherent risks, including personal injury, accidents, or property damage. Users must carry their own insurance covering carpooling activities. MobileFlow does not perform background checks on drivers or riders and is merely a platform facilitating connections.

You acknowledge that any chat-based arrangements you make through the Hytch subscription features are at your own risk. MobileFlow does not undertake to pre-screen every private message, but it may access or review message content for the limited operational, support, safety, security, moderation, and legal purposes described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy. MobileFlow assumes no liability for the actions of any User you may connect with, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. MobileFlow may immediately suspend or terminate your account if it believes you have violated these Terms or any law, or for any other reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination, you may lose access to any rewards or services, subject to applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Hytch Platform (including any content, software, or designs) remain with MobileFlow, Inc. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform’s content without express written permission from MobileFlow.

No Warranty of Safety or Reliability: Hytch does not guarantee that rides arranged via the Platform will be safe, reliable, or free from misconduct.
No Guaranteed Earnings: Hytch does not warrant that you will earn any specific amount of rewards or that such rewards will be continuous or uninterrupted.
Location and Data Accuracy: Any GPS or data insights provided by the Platform are approximate and may not be real-time or error-free.
No Monitoring Obligation: MobileFlow has no obligation to monitor location data for hazards, misconduct, unsafe driving, impairment, or compliance with law, and makes no representation that it will do so.
No Emergency Services: The Platform does not provide emergency response, roadside assistance, or real-time safety monitoring. If you need emergency assistance, call local emergency services.
Not a Navigation or Safety Tool: Any insights, trip summaries, or prompts are provided for informational purposes only and must not be used as a substitute for attentive driving, lawful conduct, or independent judgment.
The Hytch Platform may provide optional AI-assisted features to help summarize plans, suggest next actions, generate recaps, organize group context, or improve coordination. These features may operate by retrieving relevant information from the user’s own group history, active plan objects, place context, or enabled verification events in order to generate contextual outputs.
AI-assisted features may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, biased, or inappropriate for the context. Users remain solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs and for making independent decisions regarding plans, travel, safety, timing, or interactions with others.
Where AI-assisted features are offered, MobileFlow may use limited contextual inputs from a user’s group or feature context to generate outputs, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable settings, permissions, and program rules.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MobileFlow, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injuries, property damage, data loss, or lost profits from or related to your use of the Hytch Platform. MobileFlow’s total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the total amount paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim

16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

You agree that all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Hytch Platform will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions are not permitted. This arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Any such arbitration will be conducted by a reputable arbitration organization in a mutually agreed location. If you do not wish to be bound by this arbitration agreement (and you are a Driver), you may opt out by following the procedure stated during account registration or within thirty (30) days of first agreeing to these Terms (if such an option was provided).

17. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MobileFlow, Inc. (and its officers, directors, employees, and agents) from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Hytch Platform, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

18. Confidentiality

19. Relationship with MobileFlow

No partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or franchisor-franchisee relationship exists between you and MobileFlow by virtue of your use of the Platform or any agreement arising out of these Terms. You are an independent party.

20. General Provisions

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Assignment: MobileFlow may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without MobileFlow’s written consent.
Notices: All notices to Hytch must be sent by email to support@mobileflow.ai.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid and in effect.
No Waiver: A failure by MobileFlow to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and any referenced policies represent the entire agreement between you and MobileFlow regarding the use of the Platform.

21. Hytch SafeRide

Hytch SafeRide is an optional feature of the Hytch Platform that allows Users who self-identify as sober drivers to earn incentives for transporting individuals who may be impaired. Hytch SafeRide does not provide transportation services, assign drivers, verify sobriety, or arrange trips. The program provides only (i) trip-logging, (ii) verification mechanics, and (iii) conditional reward eligibility. All transportation decisions remain solely between Users.

By opting into Hytch SafeRide, you expressly represent and warrant that:

You are legally sober under all applicable state and federal laws at the time you begin and complete each trip.
You are fully capable of safely operating a motor vehicle.
You alone determine whether you are fit to drive and whether to transport any person.
You will not participate in SafeRide if you have consumed any substance, legal or illegal, that impairs judgment, reaction time, or driving capability.

This representation is a continuing certification throughout each trip you log under the SafeRide program.

Hytch does not:

Assign passengers,
Match impaired individuals to sober drivers,
Instruct a User to drive,
Recommend or endorse any driver or rider, or
Verify the condition, sobriety, or intentions of any User.

Any interaction, arrangement, or transport you choose to undertake, even if initiated through Hytch Chat or SafeRide participation, is voluntary and at your sole discretion.

Participation in SafeRide does not create any relationship of employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or transportation-network-company status between you and MobileFlow. You acknowledge that:

You are not providing transportation on behalf of MobileFlow.
MobileFlow is not a carrier, broker, dispatcher, or common carrier.
You receive no wages, commissions, or compensation for driving; incentives are acknowledgments of verified app-logged behavior only.

Users participating in Hytch SafeRide assume full and exclusive responsibility for:

The operation of their vehicle,
The safety of any person they voluntarily transport,
Compliance with all traffic and impaired-driving laws,
Maintaining appropriate insurance, and
Determining whether a passenger is safe to transport.

MobileFlow has no responsibility for your vehicle, passengers, trip conditions, or compliance with legal requirements.

Users acknowledge that impaired individuals may misrepresent their sobriety or condition. Hytch does not screen or evaluate passengers. You assume all risk associated with transporting any individual.

If a User falsely claims sobriety while driving or engages in fraudulent reward-seeking behavior, MobileFlow may:

Withhold or revoke incentives
Suspend or terminate the User’s account, and
Report suspected unlawful conduct to law enforcement as required by law.

MobileFlow does not insure:

Your vehicle,
Your trip,
Your passengers,
Your fitness to drive, or
The condition or intentions of any User.

SafeRide incentives are not to be interpreted as a recommendation, instruction, or assurance of safety.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive and release MobileFlow from all claims, losses, injuries, damages, liabilities, or disputes arising from or relating to:

Your decision to operate a vehicle,
Your representations of sobriety,
Your transportation of any individual,
Passenger conduct or misrepresentation,
Fraud, intoxication, or illegal activity committed by any User.

This waiver supplements, and does not limit, Sections 11 (Assumption of Risk), 14 (Disclaimers), and 15 (Limitation of Liability).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MobileFlow from all claims, losses, expenses, damages, or liabilities, including attorneys’ fees, arising from:

Your participation in SafeRide,
Your representations of sobriety,
Your driving or vehicle operation,
Any injury, property damage, or legal violation connected to a SafeRide trip, or
Any misrepresentation by you or by a passenger you choose to transport.

SafeRide incentives are conditional and may be denied, adjusted, or revoked at MobileFlow’s sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving:

Suspected impairment,
Fraudulent trip-logging,
Unsafe behavior,
Violations of law, or
Misuse of the SafeRide program.

MobileFlow does not guarantee any reward, amount, or continued availability of SafeRide incentives.

If transportation coordination occurs through Hytch Chat:

All communication is User-initiated;
Hytch does not moderate, direct, or endorse trip planning;
All meet-ups and rides are at the User’s own risk;
This section applies fully to any trip arranged or influenced by chat communication.

MobileFlow may suspend or terminate a User’s access to Hytch SafeRide at any time for any violation of these Terms, suspected unsafe conduct, or misrepresentation of sobriety.

22. Tax Obligations

MOBILEFLOW INC. PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: October 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how MobileFlow, Inc. (“Hytch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information about users (“you” or “your”) of our software, website(s), and technology platform (collectively, the “Hytch Platform”). This Policy supplements our Terms of Use. By accessing or using the Hytch Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction

1.1 Purpose of This Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to responsibly handling your personal information. This Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we share it.

1.2 Scope

This Policy applies to data collected via the Hytch Platform and any related services, applications, or tools that reference this Policy.

1.3 Platform

Hytch is designed as a geo-social group messaging and coordination platform. Our approach uses data minimization, group-scoped context, user controls, time-boxed location sharing, and purpose-bound verification. At launch, message content is not end-to-end encrypted. We therefore can technically access and process message content for the limited purposes described in this Policy. We aim to collect and use only the information reasonably needed to provide messaging, coordination, safety, verification, anti-fraud, sponsor-program, and reporting features.

1.4 Defined Terms

“Carrot” means a time-bound incentive, offer, prompt, or reward opportunity created by a user, sponsor, merchant, venue, operator, or partner that is associated with a real-world action, place, time window, or outcome and may require verification to unlock or redeem.
“Context” means the surrounding product state relevant to a user action, including a group, thread, plan, place, event, time window, verification flow, sponsor campaign, or other bounded coordination environment within the Hytch Platform.
“Coordination Data” means data generated through a user’s use of the Hytch Platform to organize or participate in real-world activity, including messages, polls, plan objects, place references, check-ins, recap content, location pulses, settings, and related metadata.
“Decision-Oriented Notification” means a notification intended to help a group make or complete a coordination decision, such as a plan update, poll reminder, RSVP prompt, arrival prompt, or similar action-oriented alert.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Group, Messaging, and Coordination Data

We collect information you create or provide through the Hytch Platform’s coordination and messaging features. Because launch messaging is not end-to-end encrypted, the content categories below are readable by our systems as needed to provide the service.

group memberships, group names, thread participation, and invite activity;
message text, media, voice messages, links, attachments, reactions, sender and recipient information, plan details, poll responses, place-thread content, recaps, story or memory content, and other user-generated communications;
settings or preferences related to notifications, privacy controls, visibility, coordination style, and safety features;
interaction data related to plan pins, polls, pulses, check-ins, recap flows, or similar coordination objects.

Personal Information

We collect information that can identify you personally (“Personal Information”), such as your:

Name and contact details (e.g., email address, physical address, phone number, profile name, profile photo, and similar account details)
Account credentials (e.g., username, password)
Driver or vehicle details, if you participate as a Driver
Other information you provide when setting up or using your account, participating in groups, requesting support, submitting feedback, or using paid, reward, verification, or safety features
Contact and invite information you choose to provide or select, such as selected contacts, invite recipients, referral identifiers, and related discovery or invitation metadata

2.2 Usage and Device Information

We collect information about how you access and use the Hytch Platform, including:

Device details (e.g., operating system, device model, IP address, app version, bundle identifier, device identifiers, push notification tokens, device key identifiers, and similar technical identifiers)
Log, analytics, and product interaction data (e.g., access times, screens viewed, in-app actions, taps, gestures, feature usage, search activity, route/place/event/GIF interactions, purchase or entitlement events, and settings changes)
Crash, performance, and diagnostic data (e.g., crash reports, app hangs, device state, operating system version, network diagnostics, support diagnostics, error logs, and similar troubleshooting information)
Customer support and feedback data (e.g., support requests, feedback forms, screenshots or images you submit, steps to reproduce, device information, and related support communications)

2.3 Location, Verification, Mobility Signals

To support certain features, Hytch may collect and process location-related and mobility-related information from your device. Depending on your permissions, settings, and feature usage, this may include:

precise geolocation;
approximate location;
time-boxed live or recent location shared within a selected group, thread, or context;
trip or route segments associated with an enabled coordination or verification flow;
timestamps, distance, heading, speed estimates, proximity events, and motion-related device signals;
place check-ins, arrivals, dwell events, SafeRide-related movement patterns, and similar verification inputs.

We collect and use this information only for specific product purposes, such as enabling location sharing you choose to activate, supporting plan coordination, confirming arrivals or dwell, administering SafeRide or sponsor-funded programs, improving anti-fraud controls, or generating aggregated reporting. We do not describe Hytch as a continuous ambient tracking service.

Where available, live or recent location-sharing features are intended to be time-boxed, revocable, and scoped to the group, thread, or context selected by the user. Location-sharing windows may expire automatically after the selected time period or when the relevant plan or feature ends.

If you participate in a feature that includes optional verification, we may collect and process signals needed to determine whether a real-world action appears to have occurred, such as arrival, dwell, meetup participation, event attendance, or completion of a SafeRide-related flow. Verification data may be derived from one or more of the following: location, time, motion-related signals, check-ins, proximity logic, plan context, group context, or anti-fraud models.

2.4 Health, Fitness, and Activity Data

If you grant Apple Health, fitness, motion, or similar activity permissions, we may collect or process step count, walking or running distance, active energy, floors climbed, workouts or trip summaries, timestamps, device identifiers, and similar activity-related information. We use this information to provide movement summaries, walking or running trip features, eligible reward verification, fraud prevention, and Apple Health integrations you choose to enable. Health and fitness information is not used for advertising, sold, or shared except as needed to provide the feature, comply with law, protect users, or with your permission.

2.5 Contacts, Camera, Microphone, Photos, and Speech Recognition

If you grant permission or choose to use the related feature, we may access or process selected contacts, invite recipients, camera scans, photos or videos you upload or share, microphone audio, voice messages, speech-to-text transcripts, QR codes, and similar user-selected inputs. We use these inputs only to provide the feature you choose, such as inviting people, sharing media, scanning codes, sending voice messages, generating captions or transcriptions, supporting users, or enforcing safety and moderation rules. Section 2.11 describes how Hytch uses phone numbers, including those in your contacts, to find people you know on Hytch.

2.6 Subscription, Purchase, Payment, and Referral Data

When you subscribe to Hytch Chat, purchase digital credits or premium features, use paid chat features, participate in rewards, use permitted payment flows, or use our referral program, we may collect billing history, subscription tier, purchase history, entitlement status, credit or reward balance, payment method information handled by payment providers, transaction identifiers, receipts, payout or settlement identifiers, and applicable referral identifiers. This information is used to manage subscriptions, paid features, credits, rewards, referrals, fraud prevention, support, and compliance. Payment card information may be processed by payment providers such as Apple or Stripe, depending on the feature and payment method, and we do not need to receive full card numbers to provide the Hytch Platform.

2.7 Message Content, Metadata, and Service Diagnostics

We process message and coordination content and may collect associated metadata and technical records, such as timestamps, sender and recipient identifiers, group membership, delivery status, read state, device identifiers, search records, moderation signals, abuse reports, and service-diagnostic logs. We use this information to deliver and synchronize messages; operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Platform; respond to support or abuse reports; enforce our Terms; and investigate fraud, abuse, or misuse. Diagnostic systems should not intentionally receive message bodies except when you submit content for support or when access is reasonably necessary to investigate a specific problem.

2.8 AI-Assisted Coordination Inputs

If you choose to use an AI-assisted coordination feature, we may process the message content or limited contextual inputs you select or make available to that feature, such as group history, plan objects, poll results, place threads, enabled location pulses, or verification events, to generate the requested output. We will identify the feature and its relevant data use when required. We do not use private message content to train general-purpose AI models or for targeted advertising unless we first provide separate notice and obtain any consent required by law or platform rules.

2.9 Travel Preference Profile

When you use Hytch to plan or take a trip, we record which travel options we showed you, which one you chose, and how the trip turned out. We use this to build a summary of the travel modes you tend to prefer, for example that you usually choose public transit on weekday mornings, and we use that summary to order and personalize the suggestions we show you.

This summary is derived only from activity you already carry out in the app. It does not require sharing precise location traces, which are governed separately by the Improve Hytch Maps setting, and it is not shown to other users or sold or shared with third parties.

The underlying records are stored against a pseudonymous identifier rather than your account profile, and the summary is calculated from approximately the last 90 days of activity.

This personalization is on by default. You can turn it off at any time in Settings to Privacy & Security to Location, under "Learn My Travel Preferences." Turning it off stops the personalization, deletes the summary held on your device immediately, and stops our servers producing or providing it. The underlying record of trips you took is retained and continues to be used as described in this Privacy Policy because it is not created by this feature. Where applicable law gives you the right to object to profiling, using that setting is how you exercise it, and we will honor it without asking you for a reason.

When you open a shared sponsor reward page, Hytch uses the IP address and browser user-agent information sent with the request to create a pseudonymous identifier that changes each UTC day. This avoids counting repeat visits to the same share link more than once that day. Sponsor-click records contain this identifier, the share link, and the time of the visit, rather than the raw IP address or browser user-agent text. The identifier is not your account ID.

These daily identifiers are scheduled for deletion after thirty (30) days. We retain dated click records without the identifier for campaign totals and reporting over selected time periods. Sponsors and people who share reward links receive aggregated counts, not the identifiers, IP addresses, or browser user-agent information. Opening a link while signed in and participating in a reward program are recorded separately under the account, referral, and reward practices described in this Policy.

2.11 Contact Discovery

If you allow Hytch to access your contacts through your device’s Contacts permission, the app uses the phone numbers in the contacts it can access to find people you know who already use Hytch. On your device, each number is put into a standard format and converted to a one-way SHA-256 hash, and the app sends those hashes, not the phone numbers themselves, to Hytch for this check. Contact names and other address book details are not uploaded for this check. The app may repeat the check, for example when you start a new chat. Depending on your app version, the check may also include the phone numbers of your Hytch Buddies, hashed the same way, and may run with those numbers even when Contacts access is off.

Other features also look up phone numbers. If you type a phone number into search, or choose a contact to start a chat with or invite, the app may send that number to Hytch to see whether it belongs to a Hytch account. Depending on your app version and the feature, the number is sent as a hash or as the number itself. The app also sends your Hytch Buddies’ phone numbers to Hytch as numbers, not hashes, to keep your Buddies in sync, and some app versions also do so to show their profile photos.

A hashed phone number is not anonymous. Because phone numbers are short and predictable, a hash can be matched back to the number, so we treat it as personal information. When a hashed number matches a Hytch account that can be found by phone number, we show you that person as being on Hytch. When it does not produce a match, we keep the hash with a record that you checked it, so we can tell you if that person later joins Hytch. That record is deleted once ninety (90) days pass without you or another Hytch user checking that number again, and is usually deleted sooner when that person joins Hytch. Because each new check restarts that period, and the app can repeat checks on its own, a record can be kept for as long as the number keeps being checked. We also keep the hashes from your recent checks for up to twenty-four (24) hours to limit how many numbers one account can check each day. These records expire on this schedule even if you delete your Hytch account.

If someone checked your number before you joined, they may be notified when you create your Hytch account, with a link to your profile. This notice is sent when your account is created, before you can change your privacy settings, so choosing Nobody later does not affect notices already sent.

Turning off Contacts access for Hytch in your device settings stops the app from reading your address book for this check. Depending on your app version, the app may still check your Hytch Buddies’ numbers and numbers you type. Records from earlier checks expire as described above. To stop contact discovery and phone-number search from showing your account to people who check your number, choose Nobody under "Who Can Find Me by Number" in Settings to Privacy & Security. Only Nobody does this; My Buddies does not currently limit who can match your number. Someone who already has your number may still be able to tell that it is registered with Hytch in some features, such as when they start a chat with you, send you an invite, or add you as a Buddy.

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Providing, Securing, and Improving the Service

We use personal information and contextual data to:

create and maintain accounts, groups, and threads;
deliver messages, media, and notifications;
enable plan pins, polls, place threads, stories, recaps, and other coordination features;
honor privacy settings, visibility settings, and time-boxed location-sharing preferences;
provide optional verification features, including arrival, dwell, meetup, event, or SafeRide confirmation where enabled;
administer sponsor-funded programs, carrots, perks, promotions, and eligibility rules;
process selected contacts, media, voice, photos, videos, speech recognition, QR scans, support submissions, and similar user-selected inputs for the features you choose to use;
check phone numbers from your contacts, your Hytch Buddies, or numbers you search for against Hytch accounts to show you who is already on Hytch, to tell you when a contact later joins, and to notify people who checked your number when you join, as described in Section 2.11;
process Health, fitness, step, distance, and activity data where you grant permission, including for movement summaries, walking or running trip features, eligible reward verification, and Apple Health integrations;
process subscriptions, purchases, digital credits, payments, payouts, rewards, entitlements, receipts, and related support or fraud-prevention records;
detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, abuse, stalking, spoofing, unauthorized tracking, harassment, and other misuse;
generate aggregated, de-identified, or privacy-filtered analytics and reporting;
develop and improve product features, safety systems, anti-fraud logic, and AI-assisted coordination features using aggregated, de-identified, privacy-filtered, or separately authorized data;
comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect users, partners, and the public.

3.2 Communications

We may send you transactional or administrative messages (e.g., account updates, ride confirmations). With your consent or as otherwise permitted by law, we may also send promotional email or surveys. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Sign-in texts and group texts are described in the SMS Terms and in Section 4.4. You may opt out of promotional email at any time, and you may stop text messages by replying STOP.

3.3 Aggregated Mobility and Transportation Data

We do not sell private message content or raw personal location trails. We may create aggregated or de-identified datasets related to mobility and transportation patterns, such as trip counts, traffic flow, or mileage. We may share those datasets with partners, sponsors, or public agencies to improve transportation infrastructure, incentivize shared travel, or conduct research, provided they are designed not to identify you personally.

3.4 Sponsor, Partner, and Operator Reporting

When sponsor-funded or partner-funded programs are offered through the Hytch Platform, we may provide sponsors, venues, operators, employers, agencies, schools, municipalities, nonprofits, or similar partners with reporting regarding program performance. Unless otherwise disclosed for a specific feature or required by law, such reporting is intended to be aggregated, de-identified, privacy-filtered, or program-level in nature and may include metrics such as participation counts, verified outcomes, reward utilization, time-window performance, campaign effectiveness, cost per outcome, or similar operational insights. This reporting does not include mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent. Section 4.4 applies over this section.

We do not sell unrestricted access to private message content, raw personal movement histories, or continuous user location feeds as part of sponsor reporting.

3.5 Consent, Settings, and Feature Choice

Some Hytch features are optional and rely on your settings, permissions, or active participation, including location sharing, verification, sponsor-funded programs, SafeRide flows, and certain AI-assisted coordination features. Where applicable, we use your permissions, your direct actions, and your feature choices as signals of consent or authorization for the processing reasonably necessary to provide those features.

We also use your prior in-app travel choices to personalize suggested travel options through the Learn My Travel Preferences setting. That processing is based on activity already recorded in the app, is enabled by default, and can be turned off at any time through the in-app privacy settings.

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 Service Providers

We may disclose Personal Information, including message content when necessary, to service providers that perform services for us, such as hosting, messaging infrastructure, media delivery, private media storage, attachment malware scanning, customer support, moderation, security, identity, communications, push notifications, analytics, diagnostics, payment processing, mapping, search, and user-requested AI-assisted functionality. We require service providers to process information for authorized purposes and to protect it under contractual, confidentiality, and security requirements appropriate to the service. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are the exception: Section 4.4 governs them and applies over this section.

Depending on the feature and configuration, providers may include Apple, Stripe, Firebase, Mixpanel, Sentry, Shake, mapping and places providers, communications providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and other vendors. A provider may process message content only where the relevant service requires it, such as hosting, delivery, user-requested support, moderation, or an AI-assisted feature. Push providers may process notification data, and message previews may be visible on a device if the user enables them.

4.2 Compliance with Law and Safety

We may disclose your information if we believe it is necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of MobileFlow, Hytch’s users, or the public.

4.3 Business Transactions

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will provide notice if your Personal Information becomes subject to a different privacy policy as a result of such a transaction.

4.4 SMS and mobile information

We use your mobile number to send the texts you ask for, such as sign-in codes, and texts for SMS programs you join. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates. This section applies over every other section of this Policy, including sharing with sponsors, partners and agencies. Message frequency depends on the program: about one text per sign-in request for sign-in codes, one text per request for the app link, and varying with group activity for group texts. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or email support@mobileflow.ai.

The public description of the sign-in text program is at hytch.org/sms-consent.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

5. Data Retention and Security

5.1 Retention

We retain message content, group content, coordination objects, and associated metadata while they remain available to participants and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain group continuity, investigate abuse or security incidents, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms, and comply with law. A user’s account deletion does not necessarily remove messages or other content already shared with other users; that content may remain visible in the shared conversation with the sender’s account information removed or limited. Where a product control permits message deletion, we will process the deletion subject to limited backup, fraud, safety, dispute, and legal-hold exceptions. Deleted data may remain in protected backups until those backups expire under our backup schedule.

High-sensitivity location signals, recent location-sharing data, and high-resolution verification inputs may be retained for shorter periods than general account records where reasonably feasible, except where longer retention is needed for fraud review, legal compliance, abuse investigation, sponsor-program disputes, safety incidents, or enforcement.

We may retain aggregated, de-identified, or privacy-filtered data for longer periods because it is intended not to identify you personally and may be used for analytics, reporting, product improvement, transportation insights, sponsor program evaluation, or research.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Hytch Platform, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. In general:

Raw precise location and high-resolution trip signals: typically retained up to thirty (30) days, unless a longer period is necessary for fraud investigation, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcement.
Trip summaries and reward/eligibility records: typically retained up to twenty-four (24) months to support user history, audits, sponsor/grant reporting, and fraud prevention.
Travel preference summary: derived from approximately the last 90 days of trip activity; not stored as a record, but recomputed on demand and cached for up to ten (10) minutes; no longer produced once you turn off Learn My Travel Preferences. The device copy is deleted immediately. Underlying trip records are retained under this Privacy Policy's general usage and trip-retention terms.
Sponsor reward link analytics: daily browser identifiers are scheduled for deletion after thirty (30) days; dated click records without those identifiers remain for campaign reporting, as described in Section 2.10.
Contact discovery: hashes of checked phone numbers that did not produce a match are kept with a record of who checked them until ninety (90) days pass without the number being checked again, and are usually deleted sooner when that person joins Hytch; because any new check restarts this period, a record can be kept for as long as the number continues to be checked. Hashes from recent checks are also kept for up to twenty-four (24) hours to enforce a daily checking limit. These records expire on this schedule even if you delete your account, as described in Section 2.11.
Aggregated or de-identified mobility analytics: may be retained longer because they are designed not to identify you.
Purchase, subscription, reward, payment, credit, payout, and entitlement records: retained as needed to provide user history, support, accounting, audit, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, sponsor or operator reporting, and legal compliance.
Health, fitness, media, support, and diagnostic records: retained as reasonably necessary for the feature, support request, diagnostics, reward or trip history, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance, unless a shorter retention period is specified for a particular feature.
Chat messages and attachments: message content and attachments sent through Hytch chat are generally retained for up to three hundred sixty-five (365) days. Content may be removed sooner if you delete it, if a shorter disappearing-message timer applies to the conversation, or if we remove it for safety, moderation, or operational reasons. When chat content expires or is deleted, our systems clear the readable content from the active record, and associated reactions, pins, and similar records are removed. Content preserved in connection with a report, safety or abuse investigation, dispute, or legal hold may be retained longer in restricted form as described in Section 5.4. Deleted or expired content may persist in protected backups until those backups expire under our backup schedule.

We may anonymize, de-identify, or delete information when it is no longer needed.

5.2 Security Measures

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to safeguard information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures may include encrypted network connections, access controls, authentication, monitoring, logging, backups, and service-provider security requirements. Encryption used for transport, storage, or backups does not make launch message content end-to-end encrypted because MobileFlow or its authorized providers may retain the technical ability to access plaintext. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

5.3 Chat Privacy, Access, and Encryption

Launch disclosure: Hytch messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Messages may be scoped to a Group or Thread, but MobileFlow’s servers process and store message content in a form that MobileFlow and authorized service providers can technically access.

We limit access to legitimate service delivery, synchronization, search, support, moderation, abuse response, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and user-requested export or AI-assisted features. Reported content and relevant surrounding context may be reviewed. We do not sell private message content or use it for targeted advertising.

Group members and recipients may copy, capture, forward, or otherwise retain content. Device backups, notification previews, or linked services may also create copies outside MobileFlow’s direct control. Use care before sending highly sensitive information.

If Hytch introduces end-to-end encryption later, we will describe which conversations and features are covered. A future E2EE release will not retroactively make previously stored plaintext messages end-to-end encrypted. We will not silently represent a non-E2EE conversation as E2EE.

5.4 Chat Deletion Controls, Disappearing Messages, and View-Once Content

Where available, Hytch chat provides user controls over the lifecycle of messages and conversations. Their names may vary by release, and they operate as follows:

Delete for Me removes a message from your own view and device and records that choice so the message does not reappear on your account. It does not remove the message for other participants, who can continue to see it.
Delete for Everyone, where offered for messages you sent, removes the message for all participants. A placeholder indicating that a message was deleted may remain visible in the conversation.
Recently Deleted. Conversations you delete may be held in a Recently Deleted area for up to thirty (30) days, during which you can restore them or delete them permanently; after that period they are permanently deleted. Messages you deleted for yourself may appear in a read-only Recently Deleted view for up to thirty (30) days and cannot be restored.
Disappearing messages. A conversation may have a disappearing-message timer. Messages subject to a timer are treated as expired at the end of the selected period, and their readable content is cleared from the active record. A disappearing-message timer can shorten, but never extend, the retention period described in Section 5.1. Participants may have seen, copied, captured, forwarded, or otherwise retained content before it disappeared.
View-once content. Certain media, such as view-once voice messages, is designed to be consumed one time by a recipient and is not stored on the recipient’s device after it is consumed. Disappearing and view-once tools are product features, not a security guarantee. Recipients may still capture content using screenshots, screen recordings, another device, or similar means.
Scheduled messages. If you schedule a message, its content is stored until its scheduled send time and can be canceled before it sends.

Live location sharing in chat operates through short, explicit sessions with a bounded duration, currently up to two hours per session. When a session ends or expires for any reason, including your ending it, expiry of the selected duration, your removal from the conversation, or the conversation closing, the session’s coordinates are removed from the session record. Related audit records do not retain coordinates.

If you delete your account, the content of Hytch chat messages you authored is erased, your uploaded chat attachments are queued for deletion, your chat location-sharing records are deleted, and your identifiers are removed or anonymized in shared conversation records, subject to the exceptions in this Section and Section 5.1.

These controls operate subject to backup, safety, dispute, and legal-hold exceptions. If a message is reported, a restricted snapshot of the reported content may be preserved as moderation evidence for up to three hundred sixty-five (365) days from when it is captured, or longer under a legal hold. Moderation evidence is access-controlled and access-logged, is used for review, safety, enforcement, and legal purposes, and is not erased by message deletion, disappearing-message expiry, or account deletion while its retention or hold period runs.

6. Your Choices and Rights

6.1 Access, Correction, Export, and Deletion

You may use available account controls to update certain Personal Information, request an account export, or initiate account deletion. You may also contact us for help accessing, correcting, exporting, or deleting information. Requests may be subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions. Messages shared with other users may remain in their conversations as described in Section 5.1. Where available, you may also export a copy of your Hytch chat data from in-app settings. The chat export contains your memberships and conversations and the records you authored, such as your messages, attachments, reactions, scheduled messages, location-sharing sessions, consent choices, and reports you submitted. Messages other people sent are not included in your export, and content that has expired under retention rules is excluded or returned without its readable content.

6.2 Opting Out of Communications

You may opt out of promotional email by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails. To stop text messages, reply STOP to the number that sent them, or email support@mobileflow.ai. Reply HELP for help. Hytch does not send marketing or promotional texts. Stopping sign-in texts does not close your account, and you can still sign in another way where one is offered. You cannot opt out of certain administrative email that is necessary to operate the Hytch Platform. STOP always stops text messages from that number.

6.3 Location Services

Most mobile devices allow you to disable location services. Disabling location tracking, however, may limit certain functionalities of the Hytch Platform, including ride logging, location pulses, trip planning, arrival confirmation, SafeRide flows, mileage-based rewards, and other verification or coordination features.

6.4 Health, Contacts, Media, Notifications, and Analytics Controls

You may control Health, fitness, contacts, camera, microphone, speech recognition, photos, Bluetooth, notifications, tracking, and similar permissions through your device settings and, where available, in-app settings. Revoking a permission may limit the related feature but will not prevent you from using unrelated parts of the Hytch Platform where technically feasible.

6.5 Jurisdiction-Specific Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to know or access Personal Information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, restrict or object to certain processing, limit certain uses of sensitive Personal Information, opt out of certain sales or sharing, and appeal a denied request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Submit requests using the contact information below.

6.6 Group, Messaging, and Location Controls

Depending on feature availability, you may be able to control aspects of your Hytch experience through account, device, or in-app settings, including:

whether location permissions are enabled;
whether live or recent location sharing is allowed;
the duration of a location-sharing pulse;
visibility of your presence within a group or thread;
whether you participate in optional verification flows;
whether Learn My Travel Preferences is enabled;
notification preferences, quiet hours, and group settings;
blocking, muting, reporting, invite controls, and similar safety controls.

Disabling certain settings may reduce functionality or make some features unavailable.

Where applicable law gives you the right to object to profiling, turning off Learn My Travel Preferences is how you exercise that objection for this feature, and we will honor it without asking you for a reason.

6.7 No Sale of Raw Personal Location Trails

We do not position our business as selling raw personal location trails or unrestricted surveillance access. Where we share information externally for sponsor programs, operational reporting, mobility insights, analytics, or partner services, we aim to do so in aggregated, de-identified, privacy-filtered, or otherwise constrained forms appropriate to the purpose and applicable law. We do not sell private message content, raw personal movement histories, or continuous location feeds. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not part of that sharing. Section 4.4 applies over this section.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Hytch Platform is not intended for children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us information, please contact us using the contact information in Section 9.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. If a change materially affects how we use previously collected Personal Information, including a change to the encryption status or permitted uses of message content, we will provide notice through the Hytch Platform or another appropriate channel and obtain consent where required. The updated Policy will state its effective date.
