Hytch SafeRide is a sponsor-supported safe-ride coordination program built into Hytch. It helps groups plan how everyone gets home safely from bars, events, campuses, and venues. When a SafeRide is verified under an active program, eligible participants may unlock sponsor-funded Reward Points based on program rules.

Designated driving, shared rides, and other verified safe-ride outcomes may create Reward Point eligibility through Hytch's rules engine. Drivers, riders, or both may be eligible depending on the sponsor program active in that area and the rules attached to that program.

Hytch uses sensor and GPS signals, group context, and anomaly checks to confirm that a plausible safe ride occurred. Verification is designed to support sponsor accountability and group safety without requiring sponsors to see individual movement traces.
