Delete your Hytch account

You can request deletion of your Hytch account (Hytch and iHytch apps, published by MobileFlow Inc) and the data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@hytch.org with the subject "Account deletion request" from any address, and include the phone number your account is registered under.
2. We verify the request via a message to that phone number, so nobody else can delete your account.
3. Your account and associated data are deleted within 30 days of verification.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name and phone number), trip history, reward balances, and app activity linked to your account. Records we are legally required to retain (for example, reward payout records for tax compliance) are kept only as long as the law requires, then deleted.

Partial deletion

If you want specific data removed without closing your account, for example clearing your trip history, mention that in the same email and we'll handle it the same way.
